Hello,

Included fixes for -noborders and (yet another, the last one I promise ;)
set bug, this gives 1.0.7.

I've also branched to 1.1, which uses thread-safe Pcre instead.
However Pcre is a bit slow so I hacked in a KMP string matcher
for plain strings...  this gives a slight slowdown.
However I've sped up database loading by a factor of 2x.  Also,
the HTTP daemon starts to look like something, just try it out
(binds to port 9999 by default).

Thomas or Sven, could one of you upload 1.0.7 ?
