[Pkg-octave-devel] Packages without a real maintainer

Hi fellow developers

Can you please make sure to list a real person in at least one of the
Maintainer or Uploader fields in debian/control? MIA tracking is a PITA
for packages without a listed real person for two reasons. First because
the tools think a package without a real maintainer should be orphaned
and second because when such a package is in bad shape it's hard to find
out when it should get orphaned. Of course all depends on why there is
no real maintainer listed...

One of the reasons why there is sometimes no real maintainer listed is
because the former Uploader decided to give the package to the team
listed as Maintainer. Though the problem with this is that there might
be no person in the team who feels responsible for this package and the
quality of the package gets from bad to worse :-(

Please add a real person for the following packages:

* semidef-oct

Cheers

Luk
