This will be a difficult task. From ./configure:

"Although I can compile some QT4 programs, I have failed to compile
one that uses QAssistantClient. At the time of this writing,
the QT4 distribution appears to be broken on some Linux distributions
(Debian-based?)"

I have verified this and have contacted the debian-qt-kde list about it:
