I uploaded it already.  Sorry for not manifesting before.

Please, build the new octave2.9-forge package.  

Since 2.9.9 will probably be promoted to the "testing" status soon, we might
start making all the other packages depend on octave2.9 instead of
octave2.1, such that etch will have a modern Octave suite.  Likewise, we
could make octave-forge depend on octave2.9-forge.  What do you think?
