Yes, I upgraded the hooks/commit-email.pl script.  It automatically send a
"tags pending" message to the BTS now when there is a "closes: #nnn" in the
a line starting with "+" from the diff output for that commit.  (Actually,
the code is smarter than that and will behave correctly when the "closes:
#nnn" is not an actual change.)
