Camm's lapack3gf and refblas3gf are already in experimental [1] [2].  I
could not find libatlas3gf, though.  Perhaps we should bug Camm to upload
it?

[BTW: Pascal's patch does not use refblas3gf.  Why?]

Once suitesparse is also uploaded to experimental, we could also upload
octave3.0 there.
