The dependencies of octave3.O are  atlas3-base | lapack3 | liblapack.so.3=
,
atlas3-base | refblas3

So I just choose to switch only one of them to gfortran, and test a
compilation against this specific modified package, as a proof-of-concept=
. But
on the long run I agree that each of them should be ported and tested.
