Actually, I wanted to help, but got de-motivated after the first three
packages. Seriously, how difficult can it be noting that "License: BSD" is
not really true when I've copied a file from MySQL that is under GPL2 only?

My other concerns are not really about the current quality of any code,
nothing starts at a 1.0 quality. But there haven't been any changes to some
files for 5+ years, so this code should either be moved into another package
or dropped. 

Take civil-engineering: these are some ode solvers, so odepkg seems like a
perfect place for them (as bonus we get a more descriptive package name).
