Yeh, most of the packages need better descriptions and some of the
packages do not have any test cases to perform, at least a grep of the
word test in the .m files of some packages showed no results.

I am also short of time at the moment, have to deliver a thesis soon
but I will try to do a bit of work once in a while when I am tired of
the thesis :-)
