This wasn't meant seriously. Then again, the 3.1 branch develops that
fast that the first action would be to check the current tip for the
bug.

Yes, but that tag's meaning changed:

experimental
        This bug should not be archived until it is fixed in
        experimental.
        
I don't think we care too much whether a bug that's fixed in unstable is
also fixed in experimental.
