Great, go ahead.  

The octave3.0_3.0.4~rc7-1 package is ready for migrating into testing (all
autobuilds succeeded and the 10-days quarantine period is over).  It will be
blocked by the suitesparse transition, but it seems that the issue will be
resolved pretty soon [1].

As soon as this version of octave3.0 reaches testing, I will upload
3.0.4-1 to unstable, as in SVN r2789, if nobody objects.
