[Pkg-octave-devel] [RFU] octave3.0_3.0.4~rc3-4 and octave3.1_3.1.52-3

Now that the lenny release is almost done, it is time to migrate our
packages from experimental to unstable.  I will soon upload 
octave3.0_3.0.4~rc3-4, as in SVN r2676, to unstable.  Just after that, I
will upload the synchronized package octave3.1_3.1.52-3.

These two packages can now coexist peacefully.  The most noticeable change
regards the octave_packages database location.  It is now
/usr/share/octave/packages/<version>.  This means that we should reupload
all the octave-forge-pkgs to unstable in order to this change to be
effective.

These versions of the octave3.* packages will be part of the
suitesparse-3.2.0 transition.  I am taking care of SuiteSparse and I just
sent a message to debian-release about this.
