[Pkg-octave-devel] [RFU] octave3.2 3.2.0~rc3-1

The octave3.2 branch seems to be working correctly, as in Git commit
1c6ef91.  I will soon upload the octave3.2* package to experimental. They
will have to go through the NEW queue, so the earlier we upload the
better it will be.

In this version I will not add relationships with the octave3.1*
packages.  However, I am planning to make all the octave3.2* packages
Conflict/Provide/Replace the corresponding octave3.2* packages.  What do
you think?
