[Pkg-octave-devel] Bug#593911: octave3.2: Octave can't read 16 bit images because of graphics magic library quantum depth is 8.

GraphicsMagick should be configured --with-quantum-depth=16 so that Octave
can read 16 bit images. Octave needs to be rebuilt after this change is
made.
