Yes, several pages of changes. Our bug list at 
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=octave3.2;dist=unstable
is way shorter, but that's still sufficient to already have 
http://bugs.debian.org/619519 (title: "Please package octave3.4").
