I don’t think the Debian Octave Group has tried to enforce anything at
the OF level. What we do is basically packaging stuff that is worth it
From our point of view, while being as cooperative as possible with
upstream. If we consider that something is not ready to be packaged,
then we don't package it, and that's no big deal.
