I actually wanted to write something like "NOW people start to panic for
no good reason, as we still have plenty of time (several hours) for the
upload)" - that was before I came home for the weekend and found that
my broadband is dead and I need to download ~40 MB of packages in order
to build octave-sockets :)

So, thanks to Sébastien for the upload.

The 1.0.7-2 version was not considered for a testing transition as it
wasn't old enough yet - packages have to pass some time in unstable
before they are considered for a transition to testing. The default
time, which will also be the one for the 1.0.8-1 package, is 10 days.

The freeze just means that packages do not migrate automatically anymore
but must be approved by the release team. Packages that were part of
unstable as of 2012-06-30 are granted an automatic approval.

Thanks
	Thomas
