[Pkg-octave-devel] Handling the octave-forge transition

Hi, 

just a few points how I'd like to handle the uploads.
1) Add Sebastien to the Uploader list. 

2) Check that the package is viable. I don't have any hard rule for
that, but if a package is unmaintained upstream and doesn't have a
sensible test coverage, we are better of removing it.

3) Get a fix for http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?35553, as 3.6.1-2 FTBFS
