It is now pushed onto Git repository.  Two of the 193 test failed, but
I do not have time to investigate this now.  If someone cares, please
take a look.

I did not used a git-dch-based approach for this package, because I had
already started doing it in the old way, by committing the changes to
debian/changelog.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
