[Pkg-octave-devel] Processing of qtoctave_0.10.1-3_amd64.changes

Just a quick note about qtoctave for the records: in upstream SVN there
are a few commits that have not been incorporated in a numbered
release. I first tried to create a package based on these, but it ended
up in a package crashing all the time. Since we are not going to spend
time debugging in a dead project, I sticked to upstream version 0.10.1,
and backported only the needed patches.
