Thanks for pointing this.

I therefore intend to upload a new version of octave-pkg-dev tonight,
before we upload any arch:all OF package (so far we did not if I am
right). Because otherwise arch:all packages would migrate too soon to
testing.

I somehow overlooked that feature. Thanks for reminding me that you
already implemented it.
