Packaging octave-nurbs was quite tricky.  I pulled two patches from
upstream SVN (r9946 and r9954) to fix a compilation failure and to fix
one of the tests.  However, there are still a couple of tests that fail,
even though a large majority of them succeed.

I do not know what to do.  The issues were raised in octave-dev, but the
discussion lead nowhere.  We could do the same as we did for other
packages with test failures, namely just ignore them and upload.  At
least, the nurbs package seems to be actively under development and the
upstream authors are reactive.
