[Pkg-octave-devel] Script make-octave-forge-debpkg

You probably noticed that I made commits to the octave-dev-pkg repository
related to a script called make-octave-forge-debpkg. This script
automates the generation of the debian/* files for a Octave-Forge
package.  I used it for generating the geometry and dataframe packages
and it did a pretty good job.

I do not think that a new version of octave-dev-pkg is needed right now,
but if you want/need to use the script, just use the current master
branch.
