Please upload the octave-gsl as in Git 4e7b919, at least.  Besides a set
of minor changes, this version includes a patch from to introduce the
bessel_zero_Jnu function.  This is a sort of "egoistic" release, since I
created myself the said patch, since I am needing this function for a
common project done in collaboration with other people. The patch is
adopted upstream, anyway.
