Hi,

That is the wrong module; the updated modules should be coming from

/lib/modules/2.6.26-2-amd64/updates/kernel/drivers/infiniband/hw/mlx4/mlx4_ib.ko
                           ^^^^^^^^^^

The last step should have produced a deb in /usr/src called something like:

ofa-kernel-modules-2.6.26-2-amd64_1.4.2-2+2.6.26-17lenny1_amd64.deb

You need to install that, and all should be well.
