So, assuming that "opensm-libs" is the same thing as "libopensm4", it looks like Ana has
checked everything needed into subversion in the "ofed-1.5.4" branch.  I'm not smart
enough to figure out how to build the packages though.  It looks like there's an extra
level of directory structure (the "upstream" directory) in there, and debian/rules can't
figure out where the ./configure (or source tree) is.  Or something like that..
