Hi,

I'm sorry for not answering this earlier. The emails arrived while I was in
holidays and later I wanted to know what was going to be more availability
to work in OFED packages for Debian post-wheezy before answering.

Answering to both, Brett and Roland:

Having updates OFED packages was at my task list at $PAIDWORK back in
April/May, seeing the state of the packages in Debian, I asked to Benoit
Mortier privately access to the subversion repository to see if I could help
having the packages updated for Wheezy at the same time I worked to have
them at work for Squeeze.

I got commit access later from somebody else and it was already late for
having the packages for Wheezy. My plan was at least putting the stuff in
subversion and adding a repository in alioth so other people could have
it in Squeeze. Sadly, I have other stuff in my plate at work and I couldn't
dedicate time to help here. My allocated time for OFED at work have already
finished and my free time, I enjoy doing other stuff at Debian.

At the moment, looks unlikely I will have time assigned to help with the
packaging of the recent OFED in Debian since at work they will stick with
Squeeze and 1.5.4 for some time more.
I won't help with the packaging but I think the maintenance "team" of OFED
in Debian needs some restructuration and I will be glad to help with that
if I needed.

Ana
