[Pkg-ofed-devel] Bug#741462: opensm: Please allow the use opensm console on loopback (default config)

Dear Maintainer,

Console on loopback should be allowed with opensm, since it is a default
configuration in the sources (see configure --help). However, it is not allowed
with opensm Debian binary package (see opensm logs with -console=loopback set).

Please add libwrap0-dev to the package build-dep, so that the configure stop
does not fail when trying to enable the console on loopback during the build.
