Hi,

The amount of spam in this list have been increasing.
Moderating is quite tiring, so I have activated posting only for subscribed
members. Only debian.org addresses are whitelisted.

If you want to post to the list and you're not a subscriber or have a
@debian.org, your will have to subscribe from now on. On the positive side,
spam will be gone.
