Dear maintainer:

During a rebuild of all packages in bookworm, this package failed to build
with the following error:

cd /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/build/IGC/VectorCompiler/lib/BiF && ../../../Release/vcb -o VCEmulation64_SKL.vc
cg.bc -cpu SKL VCEmulation64.opt.bc

I get this error on virtual machines from three different cloud vendors
(Hetzner, GCP and AWS), and the same thing happens here:

https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rbuild/bookworm/amd64/intel-graphics-compiler_1.0.12504.6-1.rbuild.log.gz

so I believe this is a general problem.

However, if you could not reproduce the bug please contact me privately,
as I am willing to provide ssh access to a virtual machine where the
bug is fully reproducible.

Also, if this is really a bug in one of the build-depends, please use
reassign and affects, so that this is still visible in the BTS web
page for this package.

Thanks.
