Well, this didn't happen; and so far, we haven't had any reports of this
being a problem, so cross your fingers and hope that the bug doesn't
actually occur.

Any chance we could get symbol versioning pushed upstream for etch, though?
It seems that mozilla also ships its own private copy of libldap
(/usr/lib/libldap50.so) which exports the same function names. :P
