[Pkg-openldap-devel] Bug#403010: init script doesn't start slapd

Running /etc/init.d/slapd start doesn't complain or anything, says it's starting
it, but doesn't start it. 'ps' confirms that it's not running. Starting it using
'slapd' on the other hand works fine.
