[Pkg-openldap-devel] OpenLDAP build changes (suggested)

Looking through the build process today, I have the following suggested
changes I thought I'd bring here for discussion first.

(a) We currently are shipping a DB_CONFIG file with the build. OpenLDAP 2.3
lets you control the DB_CONFIG file through slapd.conf, so it is no longer
necessary to do this. I'd recommend that we move to that format.

(b) We currently build back-ldbm. This is an inherited database format from
the UMich days that has many known problems, and it is highly advised that
people do not use it. OpenLDAP 2.4 will no longer include back-ldbm as an
option at all. I think that building back-ldbm should be disabled in the 2.3
release as a part of preparing for 2.4.
