Unfortunately no commit mail seems to have made it through; I've been
trying to tune the mail config on alioth to auto-tag bugs as pending based
on changelogs, and think I got the sender address wrong for a bit.  This
should be corrected now, so hopefully we're aligned again with the mailing
list config.
