I've been inactive for a few months, but my situation is changing again
and I can be more active in the future. This had to do with starting my
own company in the past months and trouble that was moving in leaving
the company where I first worked as employee. This has settled down now,
so I have time more time available for Debian.
I see that the current OpenLDAP packages are a bit unmaintained and that
Russ and other team members have not yet much time to work on it. Some
help is needed to get it in shape for Lenny. So I think it's time to
sent out a RFH to get a new team member who has the capabilities and is
active enough to help us out here.
Update to the new upstream release (currently: 2.4.9) after that review
the upgrade procedure from Etch to Lenny.
I'll try to do the new upstream release this evening and the test of the
upgrade procedure from Etch to Lenny the next couple of days.
Russ: I saw you talking about 2.4.10, what's the status of that ?
