[Pkg-openldap-devel] Bug#327585: Adapted Freeradius lt_dlopenadvise fix

Hi

the attached patch is the adapted fix from freeradius (#416266).

Is there a reason not to include it? This bug is open for almost 5 years 
now and the fix hleped me a lot, because I didn't had to recompile the 
whole perl stack to get a working perl backend.
