[Pkg-openldap-devel] Offer Peter Marschall svn commit access and make him a comaintainer?

Hey guys,

So Peter Marschall has been submitting bugfixes to the openldap packaging
for quite some time, which appear to always be of high quality and only
rarely require further discussion.  I think it would be good to invite him
to be a co-maintainer with direct commit access, rather than us being a
bottleneck for getting his fixes into the package. :)  What do you think?
