[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Help needed with bug #452047

As far as I can tell, it's an issue with svn-buildpackage or/and
pbuilder. Building with good ol' dpkg-buildpackage works fine. The
packages install, though alternatives are somewhat broken, as it seems.
I also do not know if the libraries are OK yet.

For those wanting to look at it: See the attached patch. Please note
that I removed the (un)patch targets and replaced it with those from
dpatch along the process. Dunno if we want to keep that change.
