These are because my name is in the changelog. (Should alias dch to "dch
-m"...) Dirk overrides those anyway when uploading, so it's nothing
serious.

The other warnings are not appearing when I run lintian...

I don't get these. Did you use svn-buildpackage? I should prevent
including .svn directories in the diff.

That seems to be true, fixing that.

Related to the one above, fixing that, too.

No idea why you get that, it should be "fixed" by a lintian-override.
