[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Open Mpi 1.2.6 and several dozen new Debian man page woes

No problem with me.  I'll file a CMR to get these into the 1.2 branch;  
when they get rolled in, they'll show up in the nightly 1.2 tarball  
(including the openib btl change):
