[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Minor man pages issue with OMPI 1.3

Jeff,

Our package checker spotted 

- one error regarding the 0-byte manual page 
	ompi/mpi/man/man3/MPI_Comm_accept.3in
  which should probably be deleted.


- one warning re line 131 of the orterun / mpiexec manual page
	orte/tools/orterun/orterun.1in: 
  where
.B -cf \f |--cartofile <arg0>\fP.
  should be, I guess:
.B -cf\fR,\fP --cartofile \fR<arg0>\fP.

We seem to have more build regressions, see
	http://buildd.debian.org/build.php?pkg=openmpi 
and scroll to the bottom -- some to architectures now failing used to work as
eg sparc and and alpha.  Take it as a FYI for now, I hope we can get back to
you with more.
