[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Fortran module version is obsolete

Dear Maintainer,

The file /usr/lib/openmpi/lib/mpi.mod is automatically generated during
compilation, but must be created by the same Fortran compiler that will
later be used to compile programs which use the Fortran 90 module to
interface with the library. Because the default gcc version was
upgraded to 4.6, the mpi.mod file is now out of date, being compiled
with an older version of gfortran. This prevents the default Fortran
compiler on Debian systems from having first-class access to the
openmpi library. This problem can be resolved by recompiling the
package from the source package using the current version of gcc and
gfortran.

Thanks for your time.
