[Pkg-openssl-devel] Bug#446983: Bug#446983: If you want to install libssl-dev and you have already installed libssl0.9.8 with name 0.9.8c-4etch1 you get a dependency problem. The libssl-dev now comes without the etch1 naming and gives a dependency problem.

There should be a libssl-dev version 0.9.8c-4etch1 too from where you
got your libssl0.9.8 0.9.8c-4etch1.
