[Pkg-openssl-devel] Vacation

Hi Kurt, hi folks,

I will be on Vacation for the next three weeks. So I can't do any work
on openssl. Feel free to do any upload which is necessary.

The last two uploads included l10n updates, lintian fixes etc. No code
change. The release team (Luk Claes) agreed to unblock this version for
the migration into testing. There are 9 more days before the transition.
Maybe the release team needs another reminder.
