[Pkg-osg-devel] New upstream stable release 3.0.0

Hello,

the new stable release 3.0.0 came out this week. As I was following the
release candidates, no big changes were needed to be done for the final
version.

I have merged the development branch with the master branch and tagged
the HEAD revision as "3.0.0". I have also compiled and installed it on
my system.

Loic, can you upload this new version to unstable, please?
