[pkg-otr-team] /git/pkg-otr needs chmod o+rx?

Hi,

the Git repositories I have created 20 hours ago in
/git/pkg-otr/packages don't show up on Gitweb yet.
I suspect this is caused by /git/pkg-otr to have mode 0770.
If you think the same, may you please chmod o+x it?
