[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Update php-getid3 to upstream version 1.9.3

Hi Romain,

we are currently packaging ownCloud, which uses latest version of getid3 (1.9.3).

We'd like to depend on your package php-getid3 and therefore kindly like to 
ask you to update your package to upstream 1.9.3.

In case you are to busy we can most probably perform an nmu if you agree.
