Hi,

Bug 681169 (unable to create additional users) was closed by the upload of 
4.0.5debian1. But that version is not in testing.
When you look at the version graph of that bug, the indication is given that the 
version in unstable has a fix for the reported bug but not the version currently 
in testing.
I just verified it on one of my vm images and the version currently in testing 
also has the/a fix for the issue.

Should there but sth done about it? 
In the list of bugs for owncloud it is listed as resolved, so it could very well 
be that I'm the only one noticing it ;-)
If the answer to the question is yes, then "fixed 681169 version" can be send to 
control at bugs.debian.org, but I don't know which version fixed it.
