I need to learn Io first.  I'm subscribed to a number of lists ...

I looked at setting up chroots in January (for perl packaging) but ran
out of time ... I got as far as discovering that the sid version of
cdebootstrap is required.

I guess a URL to the top of the debian parrot stuff is probably
sufficient for now.  I'm much busier at the moment than I anticipated a
few months ago but I expect to have some time towards May.
