Ultimately I'd like to be doing it the other way around, with the
pkg-parrot repo as the primary, and the changes copied back to Parrot's
ports/ for backup and wider availability.

But, the current pkg-parrot repo is a bit of a mix of proposed changes,
versions of the package that were never released, and is missing most of
the history of the parrot packages. So, we need to get that straightened
out first and a sensible workflow in place.
